Is it ok to have a not so healthy dinner every once in awhile? I eat good all week long but, sometimes chicken and wg rice ain't cuttin it. Here is what I ate today.
6am protein shake with uncooked oats
7am run for 4 miles (cardo day)
8am cooked oat with a banana
1pm 1 6oz chicken Brest and 6oz steamed broc
2pm 1 can tuna 2boiled eggs
4pm A sweet potato and 4oz steak
Normally I will end the day with a bowl of pasta or a half rotesrey chicken w/ mixed veg... But today I got a 6in sub with plenty of veg and course ground (mmmmmmmm) mustard and about 2 cups of pasta salad. I justified it cause I ran this morning but I feel like I sh!t on my diet and should go run some more... Whatcha think guys.. We can't eat perfect 365days of the year right??
