    Bulking Diet, Advice/Criticism?

    Hey everyone, new to the forum and was just wondering about the diet I will be on when I'm bulking.

    Height: 5'6"
    Weight: 180
    BF: 8%
    Goal: Gain Muscle and Weight, alot of it
    Experience: 9 years training, am a Personal Trainer
    Gear: 500mg Test-E for 15 weeks, with 50mg of Dbol for 4 weeks (Milk Thistle and Liv-52 ED, Arimidex EoD) Nolva and Clomid PCT.
    Looking to gain as much mass as possible, can cut excess fat gain out later. Clean Bulk.

    7am- 500ml Chocolate Milk with 3 raw Eggs

    8:30am- 2 Smoked Ham Steaks, 2 Packs of Instant Oatmeal

    11:15am- Lean Ground Beef, Vegetable, Noodle Soup with Low-Sodium broth (Home-made Bulking recipe)

    1:30pm- PWO Shake ( 2 scoops of QSE Gold Medal Carbs Maltodextrin with 2 Scoops of Whey)

    2:15pm- 1.5 Cans of Tuna mixed with 2 Tbsps of Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 1.5 Servings of Rice

    4:45pm- Chicken Breast, 1.5 Servings of Rice, Carrots, Broccoli

    7pm- Natural Penut butter on Rice Cakes

    9pm- Casein Protein Shake

    Macros: 479g of Carbs, 100g of Fat, 373g of Protein

    Roughly 4500 Calories.

    Fish Oil will be taken twice daily, mixed in Shakes.

    If I were doing it, I would probably remove the chocolate milk and try to get those calories another way. Maybe whole milk instead. Chocolate milk just has a lot of sugar in it, which doesn't help.

    Why? It's the only Simple Carbohydrate that I will be consuming in a day.
    The Carbohydrates in Chocolate milk are quickly released into the Blood stream, and will kick-start my day. It's a better choice over a heavier type of Carbohydrate that would take hours to digest.
