    cue_artist, some questions for you.

    Hello

You made a post about when bulking adding 50 carbs a week to your diet through out the bulk till u hit your sweet spot. I was wondering if you could lay that out for me please?

so you do : week 1

    m50
    t50
    w50
    t50
    f50
    s50
    s50?

then week two would be another 50 each day for that week?

obviously a area that people go wrong on bulk's and aas cycles is not increasing calories through the bulk. So im looking to find a easy more manageable way to do this with limited fat gain from increase of calories.

    thanks alot!!

Sorry for missing your thread bro . I have been really busy these past few days with traveling . As for bulking i would usually add 50 g of carbs per week and not daily . So lets say by the end of your cut you were at 150 g of carbs per week , then the first week of your bulk you would add 50 g which will up your carbs to 200 g per week . Then week 2 of your bulk you would add another 50 g of carbs making your carb intake to 250 g daily . I usually do that for 5 weeks straight and cut for 2 weeks after that ,and then repeat . Bro note that i always emphasize that a person must monitor themself daily . If your gaining weight to fast decrease calories from carbs and stay on a constant number for 2 weeks straight and see your condition then. I hope i answered your question buddy

    yes you did

Im running maintenance and putting on weight, now with that said , im not working right now so im not as active. and also with that being said i dont count protein from all sources only, my meat, eggs and protein powder. so perhaps the extra bits here and there are making me over my maintenance? makes sense. I'm bulking and scared to cut back as i wanna make sure i eat enough as i just started a cycle for 8 weeks., but daily measurements on my tummy have secured my fears i m getting fatter and stronger.

i was just talking to a amature who has done 10 comps... he doesnt even monitor his caloried just eats when hes hungry, natural and shredded all year and usually hits 1st or second in his division. Im just the average gym rat coming out of retirement and i eat a regiment as strict as cutler would, everything weighed , portion control and everything between. Guess some guys have it lucky.

with my recomp i think i wanna just try and get a nice physique, fuk trying to get big. i wanna look like frank zane or even aziz.. not to put him in the same boat as zane. So maybe after this bulk, i will cut down to 10% and stay there ill get use to the loss of strength and work at symmetry

Trust me man if u have the will and dedication u will reach your goals . Whenever u a start new program always give it some time . Your body always tries to adapt to a certain routine and once you break that routine with a new diet or new different training program ur body goes through alot of stages just to get things back to normal. So my point is dont get dissapointed when u dont see the results that want come quickly. Just stick to a program for at least 3 weaks and see how your body responds and start adjusting from there.
