Cystic Acne

I'm natural, and I still get cystic acne on my chest. I just started getting back into it again, and every time I do, I get these huge cystic

bubbles in the same place, on my left shoulder, and the middle of my chest. It's ****ing disgusting! The worst part is, I eat clean, and drink

nothing but water, so it seems my skin had a giant dump taken on it by the gene pool. Anyone have this, and successfully gotten rid of it,

without taking that stuff that makes unborn children come out as seals?

I had it bad on my chest. Only thing that worked was acutane.

I had extremely bad cystic acne on my neck and back of my shoulders, a few on my chest. I had to go on accutane twice and they eventually went away. I also found that using a louffa scrubber every time I showered helped.

As much as everyone wants to believe and think they belive acne is from some external cause to what a person eats, drinks, etc etc...Acne is just a genetic thing. Just as much so as if someone is going to go bald or not..It's purely genetics. If it's that bad and you can't possibly live with it, accutane is the way to go..Should clear it up. Depends if you want to do that or not...Or you can just wait it out, eventually as you get older it will subside..So you can either deal with it and wait it out or just get on the accutane if you want to clear it now
