i am a 39 year old male 5'11" 175lbs. i have been weight training for 3 months started 250 mg of deca 2x a week i'm into my 4th week i would like to add some mass, in your professional opinions i am teethering with the option of sustanon or dianabol......... thank you for your opinions and advice.......... BTW i started Deca due to a shoulder injury and have been told deca was great for joints
