I have noticed that many users shoulders get a lot wider post cycle. I have noticed this with some users at my gym too.
Anyone have any knowledge behind this?

Not to be a smartass, but that is the point right?
Yes muscle wise you can get wider and thicker.
I think he means how people on steroids tend to have bigger traps. Not sure if it's true or not but I remember reading a while back that your traps and back tend to grow a little more than the rest of you on juice. Like I said just something I read and holds no credibility.

OP....Broadness in shoulders relative to what? To waist? Or to body frame?
Broadness in shoulders relative to waist would make sense(i.e. more muscles in delts, less fat in obliques). Broadness in shoulders relative to body frame would mean that you haven't just packed on muscle on your delts, but you have widened you skeletal structure.
I do not think that steroids can literally widen you skeletal structure (correct me if I'm wrong o' gurus)
it will not widen your clavicles or any other parts of your bone structure.. but...
better delts and/or lats accompanied by a smaller waist can make them appear a lot wider

It always seems like traps and delts are the first things to grow
thanks for the replies. And yes I have nothing against wide shoulders. I actually want them!
