I'm a 25 year old female and 158 pounds. I have been doing ECA for 10 days and added cytomel(tapering of course) in hopes of shedding some fat. I'm aware it will cut out muscle too. I got into an accident and cannot do regular core workouts although i do like running, I just have to be careful about my workouts and cannot workout sometimes as much as i'd like to based on my injury.
Im going to a wedding in mexico in may and wanted to be around 135lbs to 130lbs. just to look good on the beach. I'm wondering if the ECA and t3 is something good to cycle together, I am not able to do clen, but should I add something else for greater results? and is my weight goals realistic on this type of cycle?
