I use HCG for my trt protocol, I keep it in the frig.

But every time I go to pull my dose out some squirts out.

I'm using a 29gauge slin pin?

Any help with this?

I don't want I be wasting my HCG

Try pulling any air out the vial and turn it upright when you pull the pin out.
