As I have recently recovered from BN, after it took almost a year of my life from me, I have been noticing some really frustrating weight gain and stomach shape. Everything I can find for support is, for the most part, about sedentary women. I've been in the gym 5-8x/week since mid 2010, so I am in great health and have amazing stamina and strength, but I look like shit at the moment. My b.f. is skyrocketing; No matter how far I cut my diet, how much cardio i do, etc, my b.f. either stays stagnant or goes up. (I use hydrostatic weighing at the college I go to, as well as a bathroom scale for day to day reference)
I am wondering if anyone else has recovered from bullimia and has any information to share. From what I read, the physical recovery process is like 1-6 months, depending on how much damage you caused. I'm probably looking at closer to six months, but I'm trying to be optimistic.

ECA stack is ineffective except as a stimulant. Ordered clen, thinking about trying it...but it seems like a waste of time if my body is just going to fight me anyway. I've seen some info on low t3 levels due to the eating disorder and thats a part of the recovery process, so maybe that's an avenue I could try?
