    Hi there :)

    Hey there,

    I am completely new to this forum and just wanted to introduce myself. I have been meaning to get on my first cycle and have found that this forum has provided me with the most valuable and credible information I could lay my hands on. So, I thank you for that!

    Thanks everyone. I am 21, soon 22 and I know that it may still be quite young. What are your thoughts on a 4 week cycle of d-bol at 25mg's/day?

    Diet will be perfect, lots of sleep, no alcohol (obviously) and then PCT Nolva & Clomid.

    What are your thoughts?

    Post your "perfect diet" for review. Most failures to gain come from poor nutrition, not the absence of gear.
