I'm curious,
Coming September I will be eating the same stuff everyday strictly. I was wondering what are some people experience of refeeding?

All depends on your goals and what the diet looks like. Some people never need a refeed, others every 7 days, some every 14 days. Please detail your plan and then we can give you some feedback.
PS - to avoid confusion, a refeed typically assumes a *carb* refeed, mainly used in a low carb/carb cycling plan. I wanted to distinguish a refeed from a 'cheat' day, even if the cheat is relatively clean but simply high in calories.
Thanks Gbrice:
I was actually talking about a higher calorie intake/cheat meal. I guess I got that jargon wrong.
My goal right now is build muscle and lose fat lol. I guess for now is to get 170 pounds 10% fat. My longterm goal was to get to 180pounds 10% bf before starting a test cycle.
Basically this is my diet:
1)Wake up: 1 scoop of whey with milk and oats and blue berrys
2)one hour later I'll have 2 eggs with 8 egg whites and oats.
Gym
3)pwo 2 scoop of whey, oats and a bananae
4)1 and a half chicken breast with brown rice and broc
5)same as above
6)same as above
7)2 eggs with 8 egg whites with a shot of olive oil.
8) on workout days 1 container of 0%cottage cheese with fish oil pills before bed if not working out just a shake of casein with fish oil pills.
I'm right now 178 pounds but with I'm not sure the bf%
Thanks for the clarification.
Considering the fact that you're eating carbs in every meal except your last, and assuming you're eating in a caloric surplus in an effort to build muscle, you shouldn't ever need a higher calorie day, whatever you want to call it. However if you feel you need a cheat meal to keep your sanity, i'd try and limit it to once a week, and note I said cheat meal, not 'day'.![]()
Haha alright thanks, that sounds good.
I do major cheat meals once a month. Like pizza or chinese food. All depends on metabolism and what your body lets you get away with. IMO if you can go without a cheat meal then do it.
