    Newbie need advice

    Hey everyone,

So i just have a quick question its more for knowledge purposes.
I am 23 been training for 2 year now
    5'9"
    170
    14%BF

I eat properly and have all my macro nutrients broken down and follow and good diet but i think my diet isnt cutting it for me i want to look better fitter more lean and i want to get stronger.
like i said i am 23 and im thinking of starting my first cycle. What are your thoughts about my age. I know at 25 is a good age to start.
And which steroid do you all suggest.
I do not want to take alot of steroids i want to make minimal amount just to get that different look and pack on lean muscle mass and look good.
Im not looking to be like a pro bodybuilder but more of a "natural" look if that makes any sense considering i want to take a steroid.

    Thanks

Im sure you could easily get the results you wanted by changing up your diet and training. I would focus on that for now. Hit the nutrition section for some tips and tweaks.

your bf seems a little high, and your weight seems a little low. might need to rework your diet a little.

everyone loves a test-only cycle as a first cycle. dont forget to get ai and hcg and pct ready before your start.

Nothing's free in this world and gaining lots of muscles fast isn't going to be free either. You're probably going to get side affects from the steroids. You can get bad acne (very common), hair loss, generally not so cool kinds of stuff. Think hard about it before you start. Do your research. You sure you want to go through all that at 23? A little discipline and diet can go a long way.
