New female here....I have been lurking on this forum for quite some time:-) The amount of information is amazing! I have learned in my 47 years on the planet that some Dr's are worthless when it comes to any type of HRT information. That is what brought me here. My body is getting a bit worn, not quite getting the mileage I want....time for a tune up! I studied the HRT sites and they seemed a bit pricey for what they offered. I have a gaggle of dr's that follow my health routinely....but....I ask what I can do to slow the aging process or in general just get some energy back and they all say the same thing. "It's a fact of life, we all get older and slow down. Thats the way it's supposed to be" Horse Poop! I am ONLY 47 and I have a very active lifestyle. I am on my feet moving for 8 hrs every day at work as well as running most every morning. (training for a half marathon) After reading everything I could on this site I have decided to bump it up a notch and start building some muscle. I have plenty of questions but I want to wate till I can read in the females only area to see if any are answered there first. :-)
