    First time Pinning.. Test Prop only

    age 26
    weight 175
    height 5'9
    bf 11-12
    years lifting 8
    cycle history - Mdrol (thanks for the 15lbs of fat)


    Test prop 350mg/wk... pinning 100mg EOD for 8
    Pct clomid 100/50/50/50
    Nolva 40/40/20/20

    Letro on hand..

    Goals are to put on LEAN muscle.. i am wanting to minimize fat gains because i will be starting a prep in either january or february.
    So if i could put on 15 lbs with only a little fat i'll be happy.. of course 20 will be welcomed with open arms

    training will be Layne Norton's Phat routine... ive had great gains with it naturally so why not.

    cliffs notes on routine.. every bodypart 2x a week.. once with heavy weights in the 3-5 rep range.. the second time in the 8-12 range

    I'll be posting limited before and after pics.. (i have a couple tattoos and i dont want to be recognized)

    though i might be light.. my frame is small enough that it goes a long way.. here is last year in late august after

    350mg eod? Is that a typo?
    If people can't tell your on steroids then your doing them wrong

    Looking pretty good in the pic man but I would suggest a major increase in cals and you could easily reach your goal natural. I would save the AAS till you hat the wall which I don't believe you have come close to yet.

    350's a little low IMO.

    i've seen the other side of 190 on 4 occasions.. and even seen the other side of 200.. still i remain this size underneath

    I've hit the wall.. i've been at this size for the past 3 yrs.. every "bulk" yields zero gains.. even though i'm doing it right and i dont half ass.. i started at 130lbs

    i've corrected my mistake.. will be running 350mg/wk..

    Well as Pete said 350mg per week is a little low. I would suggest 500mg per week for 12 weeks if its test E or 8-10 we3eks if its test prop

    i've seen a lot of ppl with great progress on 350 prop a week.. (remember not a HUGE guy).. if i'm unable to make gains in the first 2 weeks i'll bump it up. I want to make as much progress with as little in my body as possible

    I agree with the last part of your statement but I think if you are shutting down your natural with AAS then you may as well get the best gains you can. 500mg per week is a pretty standard starting dose. I think you will get the best bang for your buck so to speak from that dose. At 350 you may be dissapointed and wasted the gear by the time you make that determination.

    if i was to run it at 500mg i only have enough for 6 wks.. seems like most ppl that run prop only for their first are running 350/wk.. haven't come across one that said they didn't get gains from it.. i'll look into it though

    bro the 350mg a week is ok..i think with your body composition the way it is now you will see good results...you have planned your work, now work your plan...

    If your are getting the 350from pinning 100mgs EOD, you will freaking love it! It will be a good beginner type of thing, but you WILL get results, and good ones with a good diet, training, and rest. I sure as heck did! Go 8 weeks. I noticed alot of the major gains slowing around the 6th and into the 7th week. PCT and you can get back on quicker, if that is your goal. A nice littlebreak, then go to 125-150mgs EOD. Ill be pinning 150 EOD if my decision is to run a test only cycle again! Good Luck!

    thanks warmouth.. i knew 100mgs EOD was giving a lot of ppl great gains..

    I'm having to postpone my cycle till Nov 1st.. I've got a Bachelor weekend (i'm the best man) that was going to be late december and now it got rescheduled for late october..

    so not wanting to ruin an 8 wk cycle with 4 days of beer, crappy food, and no gym i've decided to use this time (postpones by about 6 weeks) to get as lean as possible and then hit the cycle later..

    now my prep will only be about 16 wks.. and i dont want to look 4 wks out on stage like most novice tend to do because i'll be starting it later.. but.. i'm hoping to end the cycle still in single digit BF so my prep can be slow and controlled so i do not lose my gains..
