    Noobie post sorry bros

    Hey. I pinned 500 mg of test e in one tri yesterday and 250mg in the other tricep yesterday. i will do this every tuesday and saturday. Im going to eat large amounts of protein and do 8 reps 5 sets of 100lbs military press and 140lbs 8 reps 5 sets every other day minus sunday. I am 6'2 225. what kind of gain could you guesstimate I might see by week 5????? oh oh a nolvadex once a week to reduce titty side effects. just thought id mention the nolva because i am taking it.

    OOPS 140lbs BENCH PRESS is what i meant for the 140lbs also i do one arm curl 35lbs 8 reps 5 sets

    Just out of curiosity, how did you come to decide to pin your tri's, a fairly small muscle?

    I have no idea the gains you can expect from your AAS/weightlifting protocol.

    If I ONLY did what you are doing, I'd LOSE weight! Your lifting protocol seems very light and incomplete.

    To give you a better answer, I'd need to know about your workout routines and nutrition schedule.

    and you are probably pinning 3x too much test.

    not even sure you are ready for test if you are curling 35lbs????

    and that's ONE arm, right? =)

    And yes the bar may be 20lbs. Probably isn't an olympic bar

    you need to develop a solid diet and exercise regime. go to the appropriate sub-sections here and you will get all the help you need.

    workout solid for the next two years and put on some muscle naturally with a good diet. youre 62 225..you have the potential for some solid natural gains bro. if that's you in your avatar, i can clearly see your genetics are very good. your thick bro you have wide shoulders and those traps are just dying to pop out. work at for the next couple years and you'll see. start a log here if that helps.

    Not trying to blast you Bro.But there is a thing called common sense.You dont decide one day to make a cake w/o reading or asking someone.Beacuse the end result would be crap.Well with aas if you dont know wat your doing you can really mess yourself up.For LIFE you are a long way from needing to use aas.So STOP learn how to lift and diet correctly.Then in a few years yes years we will talk.So unless you want problems STOP.

    Yeah, that's me in the pic. I seen other members blanking there face out, So i just drew on mine a bit. I appreciate the comments and i have been reading, researching and planning late last night.

    so am i reading this right?..your only doing millitary presses,bench press and curls eod as your training?...if this is true then you have no business running gear at this time...you have so much to learn because your training and diet dictate results more so than the drugs bro and you have no clue about any of it so id get reading cus if an education is what your looking for than this is the place to get it but it will not be spoonfed to you...

    If you are being serious you need to stop pinning now.

    1) Your diet isnt a diet at all. Nothing sounds planned out.

    2) Your training isnt anything. You need a real workout plan.

    3) your wasting money and possibly your health with aas right now.

    you'd definitely benefit from a good diet and routine.. spend some time researching for the next few days and it could save you a lot of time and bring a lot safer progress

    It's just hard to believe someone would be this ignorant. With all posts and articles on the internet, I could spend one hour and figure out what would be the best AAS to take and pull some BS weight lifting routine off of a website and I would have a better plan than you. Yours is a train wreck and you need to stop everything you are doing.
