I was on T3 maintenance dose, 20mcg's daily. Had great results in 4 weeks at 20mcg's. I have tapered off the T3 to give the DNP a go. Going to run at 250mcg's daily, mind set at 10 days but depending on how I feel might go up to 14 days. Heard guys going up to 500mcg's and higher but, lets just give it a go at this dose and see where im at and how I feel. Im going to keep my carbs at roughly 200g +/- daily. As far as what got me on DNP, have a good friend who just competed PBW Championships and has had great results with DNP, matter of fact says its the best stuff out. Obviously if not abused. He limits himself to 2 times a year if needed. D7M, thats right in line as to what I have been told. 3 days you start to feel it.
