    Question If I go on a PH cycle, does my workout regimen need to change?

    If I am going to start a PH cycle for specific upper body muscles, and my current workout regimen consists of only one day of weights per week and 6 days of rest, does this need to be modified? Thank you.

    (I've never done this before. This will be my first cycle.)
