    beginner looking for help

I'm 6'6" 240lbs I recently recovered from an injury and surgery that had me unable to lift for 3 years in which I blew up to just over 300lbs I worked out on and off for a year until April of this year when I decided to start working out 5 days a week again dropped 60lbs but with focusing mainly on weight loss I haven't seen the gains in strength I would have liked to I only bench 225 Max and I wouldn't want to get any bigger I would like a more lean stronger body was wondering what would be a good cycle and if anyway possible I would prefer oral not a fan of needles as they can less to infection

Welcome. How old are you and what is your current body fat percentage?

Orals only are unacceptable. You must use test with orals to replace your depleted or in some cases completely shut down natural test production.

Finally, what have you researched? Do you have a cycle in mind for critique?

Agree with above. Also don't know why you would want to risk your health if you don't actually want to get any bigger.

Congrats on the weight loss. I also gained a lot of weight while out of the gym with an injury. I know it can be hard to get back in the game.

Ok so you're not really that far off. It sounds like you've hit a bump with your training/diet. I would run over to the nutrition forum and the pro's there can help you like you won't believe. Post your diet there and let them critique it. If you're already doing cardio, then it's as simple as fixing your diet. The same diet doesn't work forever. Give it a go and see what they have to say before you cycle. I really don't think you need AAS.
