They tell you 'cycle' on creatine but why ? Is it really that harsh on your kidneys ? I tend to take a 'heaped' teaspoon everyday before my workout....

I got blasted on another bulletin board for suggesting such sacrilege, but fukm.
There is no health reason to cycle creatine. 5 grams a day forever.......
now, if you want stylistic points, one can argue that they want to come off creatine since creatine is a cell volumizer (means retains water), but I think it is minimal at best.
The strength gains from creatine, imo, are more than enough reason to never come off.
I wonder if all his threads are troll threads, as he asks a crap ton of questions. I haven't taken creatine for like a week, more cause I am lazy and have a lot going on, two because I want to blast soon and was thinking it would help if I was slightly smaller during cycle to avoid stretch marks, and lastly so after I come off the high test dose I can hopefully make some gains again when I implement creatine. I dunno I almost feel like that is a bad idea, but can't decide if I want to just stay on it, thinking about it and how it makes a ridiculous difference makes me want to stay on.
someone please tell me that's a bad idea. Shouldn't I want to be as strong as possible on cycle?
to paraphrase what i said earlier...
....creatine. 5 grams a day forever....
