Couple things real quick...
23% BF is certainly high for cycling (although you could still be healthy,
but you just wont benifit from any AAS usage at that BF)
EQ will raise RBC levels too high, minimal results, not good for cutting because it makes most people hungry! Trash it, it's junk.
Hang on to the rest, it wont go bad.
Copy and paste that diet into the nutrition section and let the guys there analyze your diet and help you fix it. You cut with food, not gear
