Test cyprionate stacked with anavar and igf1

I am 5'9
215 lbs
7 percent body fat
10 years gym experience

current cycle:

300 mg a week of test cyprionate
60 mg of anavar ed
70 mcg of lr3igf1 ed

i started my cycle two weeks ago sept. 12

my question is: How do you cycle igf1? You take it nonstop of four weeks, then stop a month, and start again, or do you do it constantly for months at a time?

I have not seen threads about this

Post pics. For your size, id expect a lot of Aas experience and a better laid out cycle than that.
