    lost alot of strength during time off

    Off of gear

    currently on cjc ghrp cycle ..

    Noticed my bench and other compound movement lost lots of strength ... Been horrible diet and having a baby made me take a break ...
    How fast can i expect strength ...

    Bench was 300 max
    Now 225!!!

    Squat was 360 now 280can hardly do ten reps of 220!

    Deads are not so bad..

    Help !

    Muscle memory is fantasic...if you are dedicated again then 6 weeks can have you nearly there.

    I hope so. This sh*t is depressing lol.. Pyramids on bench to 185 for 8 reps ! Kill me now !

    just keep grinding! youl get back there..and yes muscle memory is fantastic

    Never underestimate the bodies ability.. I don't know of any studies don't but like I said in past threads, I stopped training for 2 years. When I started back it took me 2-3 months to pack on SERIOUS gains. Went from 15" arms with tons of flab (even when flexed) to 19" solid as shit.

    Easiest way I can hate my experiences! Stay dedicated.

    I was thinking of 5x5s actually or 3x6s
    Thats how i lifted in high school and it worked great . Maybe ill teyit out

    either way..heavy weight low rep...you will be back before you know. I often am forced outa the gym in the summer by bikes and bikinis so I know what a cpl months off can do. Usualy an equal time back has me near where I was.
