Hey Everyone -
I have been reading for a while and am thoroughly impressed with the knowledge and feedback provided by members.
I wanted to introduce myself and post a brief bio. I am 6'3 185 and will be 40 next month. I am a former HS athlete and competed at a high level in college as well. At my peak I was 220 lbs and 7% bf. Since then I lift higher reps higher weight since my joints can't take the heavy weight. I run 3 miles 2 to 3 times a week. I have had 5 major surgeries and those relevant to this discussion are a knee acl/cartilage and fasciotomy on calf (aka compact sydrome where blood clot forms after torn muscle and swelling must be reduced from surgery). I now have arthritis in many areas, tendinitis in the elbows, and nerve damage in the leg that I hope heals at some point. I consider myself to eat healthy (high protein/low carb) and take fish oil, c, calcium, B12 daily.
I had my Testosterone level measured last week and it came in a 354. I had the classic symptoms with that level and the first doc I talked to said it was "within range". I had been feeling low for a long time so I was able to get on a program after a lot of hard work consisting of:
Testosterone Cypionate
Anastrozole
HCG
Clomiphene (Post Test Phase)
TevTropin
Sermorelin
My goal is simple, I want to feel better and heal the injuries that I have. I am focused on staying fit and am not so concerned with adding bulk. I look forward to chatting with all of you.
