I have a small amount of halo left over to use for an upcoming armwrestling tournament. 375mg (25qty @ 15mg/ea)
My original idea was to take 15mg/day for 11 days (165mg), then 30mg/day for 7 days (210mg)
My only issue is this....I usually rest 7 days before a tournament. (no training at all, so I can be healed up.)
So do you think it's pointless to use the 30mg/day for my last 7 days when I'm not lifting? Should I do a lighter dosage on my week off and bump it up while I'm hitting it hard? Then maybe increase the dosage a day or 2 before my tournament?
