Goal - Tom Hardy in "Warrior"

    Hello everyone,

I am new to the forum, a very dedicated guy (spent last two years losing 75 lbs or so) and I have a goal to look as good as Tom Hardy does in the movie Warrior. It will not be easy, and it will not be an overnight thing. I am looking forward to training mentally and physically until I achieve my goals, no matter how long it takes. I am 26 (about to be 27 in December), and I have all the time in the world!

Thanks in advance for helping me everyone! I am going to need a lot of it!!

good choice man, he had killer traps in this film. he recons his diet consisted of nothing other than chicken and broccoli for this part (think he may have been telling fibs tho!)

have you seen his training videos on youtube?

I recently (about a month ago) started doing simple trap training (dumbell shrugs) for that reason. No homo, I want his traps. Anyways, I have not checked out those videos. Any one I should look up? I am VERY curious to see/hear about his training for that movie, anything that will help!

Excellent goal man! Always good to have something to strive for, then when you achieve it, no feeling is better. My up front recommendation is pictures. Take some pictures of yourself now, that way you have something to compare to month to month,6 months and so on. You wont even realize how much progress you are making until you compare you to the "old you"

Thanks everyone, and Fenix, I will be taking some pictures today/tomorrow and I will be starting a log this week too. Now that I have decided to take this so seriously, I will be doing any/everything to maximize results quickly but safely.

I need to spend the rest of my night recuperating form my workout and doing a ton of research/reading on this forum to set up a good diet/exercise program to supplement my new fitness goals.
