looking for some advice for followin cycle

This is my 3rd cycle in 4 years.. I am a 30yo male. 5"7, 190lbs, 19%body fat. this time am going big!! got the following ready to go:
I would like to run this over 14-16 weeks, i would like input on how to distribute them..
- 5ml of Sustanon 250mg/ml
- 5ml of deca 250mg/ml
- 10ml of test400 400mg/ml
- 5ml of trenbolone 400mg/ml
- winstrol (oral) 5mg/pill total 90 pills
I will be getting Nolvadex or clomid for PCT.

You realize thats 750mg a wek of a 19-nor right? just checking...and why 2 different blended test??

Welcome....Somethings off here. Either your time period you plan to run this(cause i assume it's 14-16 weeks and not days), or your ml's are off. Need to clear that up first.

it is 14-16 weeks.. and the ml are that way cause for the deca and sust, is left over from cycle i did in january... as i couldnt finish.. got sent over seas and didnt take with me. so i just thinking of adding it to this cycle of test400 and tren400

Does that represent all the gear you have? For example, you have a total of Deca? If so, no way on earth you have enough gear to do anything.

You didn't say how much you plan to do or how many times a wk u plan to inject. If that's all the gear u have thats only enough for about 2 weeks. No where near the amount u will need for 12 to 14wks.

thats all i have now, will be getting 1 more of each (test 400 (10ml) and tren400 (5ml)) in about a month

so basically looking to figure out what dossages i should be doing. should i start with the sust and deca for the fist 4 weeks and then switch to test and tren for the next 10 weeks? amd finish with the windstrol?

Id get that BF% down so you lessen the sides and then you can actually see the gains you make from it. I wouldnt start anything until you have EVERYTHING first btw. I also dont see any AI or HCG. I would run both nova and clomid for PCT also.


Why do you want to run two test's?

I'm not a fan of switching up test esters mid cycle ever unless your switching to prop. If I were u an your already planning to get more test 400 I wld run that. As far a doses go u said this is your third cycle but what compounds did u previously do an at what dose?
