ar-r is legit and legal so you can use what ever you want. No different then ordering anything else online

If it is in liquid form AR-R will provide you with an oral syringe for measuring.

As far as how much you need for your experiments I have no idea. That really depends on what you're doing.

majority of sources use western union, it gets complicated using paypal if large amount of money and cost money to set up credit card then you have a papertrail

The only way i would do that is with a pre paid card. I do not want a paper trail on my credit card

I would go with whatever method they prefer.
