    another accutane question

Firstly, I've done 2 cycles. First cycle, sus and Tren A, a little acne through end of cycle but cleared up pretty quick. Second cycle sus and deca, was a long recovery due to inadequate PCT. cystic acne developed on my back through out PCT. antibiotics cleared it up, but I had acne on my arms and shoulders that just wouldn't clear up.

So my derm put me on Tane. 40mg a day. BTW this stuff is awesome, so far..

I'm halfway through a 7 month course of this stuff. my Derm told me there's a 90% chance it'll never come back.

My question is, if I started a cycle now (half way through my treatment) will this affect my results at all? as in, will this interfere with my end result of the treatment? more chance it doesn't fix the problem for good or something...

Any help appreciated! want to cycle again now, not in 3 months

First off unless you are a very small guy I feel the dosage is low. Accutane is very harsh but it is an extreme measure for extreme cases. I ran it for 5 months at 120 mgs per day. It was bad sides during this time but years later I still have no issues with acne. I went from cystic like acne covering my entire back to maybe one zit every couple of weeks.

When it comes to cycling, the main reason I would avoid it is the strain on the liver. WIth your dosage being low you may be fine but accutane has a major effect on liver values and cycling on top of this can raise them even more.

If you chose to though, it probably would not be too big of a problem in terms of acne. The accutane is shrinking the pores. WIth the increased chance of acne on cycle you may see some increase in acne but the pores will still be shrinking due to the accutane.

thanks Noles. I'm currently 205lbs, haven't cycled for over 12 months and had a few months off from working out (long story). but like I said, the cystic acne cleared up, but I had a bit that was just real stubborn and wouldn't go, hence the relatively low dosage. Derm said it wasn't bad but stubborn, so 7 months on a low dose should do it. and so far it has done a remarkable job.

My bloods have been good (liver values) and last tren a and test cycle my values stayed good through out.

How long before the red and purple scars on your back disappeared back to normal looking skin again? My skin is 99.99% clear, but have red and purple dots, if you know what I mean.

    thanks again man

After the acne disappeared about two months in it took a few more for the skin to clear up. Having cystic acne for years with dark scarring, it took a little longer for my skin to look completely normal. Im not sure exactly how long but it was probably at least 6 months before most scarring faded and a year to have no scarring at all

sounds promising. I'm stoked with the results so far. just don't want to wait much longer to cycle again.
do you run it through cycle? 20mg e3d or something? or no need to now?

that's f'n awesome.. hopefully the next 3 or 4 months will be it for me aswell. might keep some on hand anyway, I see plenty of threads of guys using 20mg e3d to keep it clear.

    cheers for the responses bro
