Albuterol & Ketotifen

Ok so I bought some Albuterol and Ketotifen from arr during this rollercoaster thing sale. Now I have never used either before. could someone help me out as far as dosages etc. I have read on the Ketotifen 1mg at night before bed. I have also read to start it around 2 weeks into taking the Albuterol. The Albuterol Im not sure on. Should I take it 2 or 3 times / day ? Start at 6mgs and work up? Thanks Guys.

I would start of taking 6mg of albut 2x/day. Once in am and once pre workout. After a few days I would go to 9mgs 2x/day (same times). As far as the keto goes i would start it at the end of the second week at 1mg every night before bed. I would not run albut longer than 6 weeks total.
