Interment fasting & diet

Hey i was thinking of an interment fast to help in my cutting im trying to do
whats your advice and opinion on interment fasting for cutting?
also if theres a better diet that you think there is for cutting please share but im leaning towards the IF

advice on cutting too if you want.
