    looking for bulking cycle suggestions

    29
    5'10"
    200 lbs (as of today, but i fluctuate 3 on average)
    4 cycles previous

    last cycle of test/tren a ended at end of june (pct was completed)
    current idea for next month is:

    week 1-14 (test 600/week)
    week 1-12 (deca 300/week)
    week 1-4 (dbol 50mg/ed)
    week 1-14 (hcg 500 iu/week)

    4000 calorie/day diet (650/cal per meal on average)
    500g protien/day
    600g carb/day
    not sure about fats yet

    standard pct of nolva/clomid

    questions are:
    thinking about adding hgh or igf lr3 to it. or bridging from end of this cycle to summer cutting cycle (may/june)
    or what are other bulking cycles that people have done with different compounds/stacks?
    im thinking npp instead of decca...
    suggestions?

    Npp good choice,
    Bump dbol to 60-80mg spread thought the day,
    Lr3 useless,
    Add adex .25 mg eod
    Everything else good to go.

    500g protein = 2k calories
    600g carbs = 2.4k calories

    That's 4400 calories without the fats Post your diet in nutrition section later.

    HGH would be a good choice, I second the fact that IGF-1 lr3 is a waste of money. NPP is easier to work with but honestly I don't think nandrolone is very strong to bulk with @ 300mg/week. I do like the bloat it gives. Personally I like trenbolone the best

    500g Protein isn't necessary, neither is 600g carbs.

    I would hit the nutrition section.

    yeah, thats why i wasn't sure, because i did the math and you're right on... i will have a solid meal plan established before i have decided on my compounds. it's just an increase of what i do now to maintain at 3000 currently. you care if i run it by you with a pm when i'm ready, sworder? i was also thinking about another tren cycle. that was my last one and loved the results but i'm not going to do prop and acetate again... **** that eod pinning. it's not so bad the first 5 or 6 weeks but at week 10 i'm over it.

    why not. i've been using the general rule of 1.5 gram of protien per body weight to gain muscle and to bulk was 3g/body weight. i'm not being agrumentative at all, just wondering where you're coming from... thanks bro, i appreciate all the suggestions

    Break your diet down and lets see where the protein and carbs are coming from.

    i'm doing 3000 now, i'm just adding to that. 3000 is enough for me to maintain around 200lbs.

    I decided i'm going to post my diet in the diet section, seeing how that would make more sense rather than change topic based on the thread title. i found this on another site: this looks good to me with the addition of hcg at 500 iu/week plus adex @ .25 eod. and ideas about this one... after reading more about npp it seems to be a better choice than deca.
    W1-10: EQ 400mg a week
    W1-9: Test Cyp 600mg a week
    W1-8: NPP 200mg E3D
    W10-13: Test Prop 150mg EOD
