Question about AI, im feeling really "off"

Hi, Im on the 2nd week of my first cycle ever which is 10 weeks of Sustanon 350 at 500mg/week(1 shot every 3.5 days). My pct is HCG and clomid. My question is should i be taking AI from the start of my cycle or add it in around the 5th week, or when i notice gyno symptoms? Im heading to week 2 tomorrow for my 3rd shot, and i havent noticed gyno but i am feeling very off. I know its not PIP because i havent had a fever from the past 2 shots and the soreness lasted a day, but i just feel nauseous, sleepy, hungry but dont want to eat, and a bit of a faster heart rate.

My stats before i started my cycle last week:
Age: 25
Height: 6'1"
Bf: 12.8%
weight: 184

My stats now, 1 week since i started:
Age: 25
Height:
6'1"
Bf: 12.7-12.8%
weight: 186-187 (ive upped my calorie intake aswell to around 4000 calories, so i doubt its all muscle.)

My weight hasnt altered since i started feeling "off" like this.

I have my AI on hand, its arimidex(1mg tablets) Should i kick it in now and keep it going throughout my 10 week cycle? I'd start off at 0.25mg E3D, and up it to 0.50mg E3D if i notice its not as effective at a lower dosage. Please let me know what you think i should do, and ill continue to keep searching through the threads to look for an answer, thanks!

**Will the AI in anyway hinder my gains over? Will i not put on as much muscle using it as opposed to not using it? I've heard ti can affect your gains and im just curious, thanks again
