    finasteride with drostanolone prop?

I'm currently running just under 600mg drostanolone prop a week. Would it be wise to add some finasteride at 5mg a day if I'm noticing a slowing of my stream of urine and more frequent night time urination? Should I worry about this or just let it be as my cycle is 6 weeks out of completion?3

Finasteride won't have a strong affect on Drostanolone. If you think you have prostate issues though, you should get it checked. All that said, if you do have enlargement, Finasteride can help a great deal with the enlargement but it won't affect the androgenicity of Drostanolone...hope that made sense.

If you properly control estrogen then pros should not be an issue.
Read the sticky by swifto regarding use of an ai while on cycle

Keep in mind, prostate cancer and prostate enlargement are two very different things. You're right, there is some supporting evidence that estrogen plays a role in prostate cancer, so controlling it would be beneficial. However, enlargement is really androgen dependent, meaning no amount of AI on earth or estrogen control is going to have any affect in this light.

An AI won't fix anything with your prostate enlargement. Swifto's remark on estrogen and PrC is arbitrary at best. Scientists can't even correlate high androgen levels to PrC, let alone estrogen. Androgen deprivation therapy is used, yes.. but high testosterone(or androgens) doesn't put you at a larger risk for PrC.

OP, Finasteride is a 5α-reductase inhibitor, which is the enzyme that is responsible for converting Testosterone into Dihydrotestosterone. You would be wasting your money and time using Finasteride to try and block DHT because Drostanolone (Masteron) is ALREADY a DHT-derivative anabolic steroid. This means there is no conversion to the more androgenic DHT - Drostanolone IS DHT. In short, it will do nothing to lower the androgenicity of Drostanolone. Don't waste your money.

True, Finasteride won't do anything to inhibit DHT since Drostanolone is already DHT. However, if he actually has prostate enlargement Finasteride therapy could help reduce the enlargement. I think it should go without saying this would need to take place without the use of any anabolic steroids.
