    Test & deca?

    Age: 38
    Height: 6'2
    Weight: 244 lbs w/18% BF
Working out for about 20 years off and on. Currently I work out 4-5 days a week and have been for over 3 years. My diet is average, nothing fancy with about 1gram of protein per pound per day.

I have low T and have been on Test Cypinate (per doctor) for 2 years now. I started with 200mg once per month, then 2times per month, and currently taking 200mg once a week (for 8 weeks now). My doctor has offered to perscribe Deca for joint pains. Would this be a good stack to take? I am not looking to be the biggest or strongest guy in the gym. I would like to add some more size and definiton. Thanks for the feedback.

What you're suggesting is not a "stack", per se, it's a glorified TRT protocol.

Have you had bloodwork since increasing your TRT dose to 200mg/wk? The reason I ask is because that dose is headed towards the top end of a typical TRT dose. Before you start adding more compounds, I would highly recommend you get bw done to confirm hormone values so you know exactly where they are in terms of ranges.

Most important is that you have a well established baseline as Mickey said. Adding Deca for joints is not uncommon but it's usually prescribed at a low dose. Doing a blast is a whole concept in itself. Running "HOT" for long periods may not be in your best interest either .

You really haven't laid out a plan, what are you thinking???
