HCG mixing instructions?

Hey guys just got my HCG. I'm not sure on the procedure to mix the HCG. I have bacteriostatic water, sealed sterile vial, 5000iu HCG amp. I will be doing 250iu twice a week. I want to mix it the right way. I need complete instructions. I heard that HCG is very unstable and that it needs to be mixed a certain way. Something like running the bac water down the side of the amp and vial. I need instructions from mixing procedure to how many units on a slin syringe is 250iu's. Thanks guys really appreciate it.

So if I'm mixing with 2ml of bac water. I draw 1ml of bac water and inject into amp of HCG powder. Then I draw that out of amp and inject into sterile vial. Then I draw another 1ml of bac water and inject into sterile vial giving 2ml of HCG. Am I correct? Then I would use .10 units on a slin syringe every time I inject 250ius. Correct?
