Hey guys. My diet was pretty incheck for a while but recently I moved back in with Dad so it was too hard to clean bulk.
My bulk consisted of:
meal 1 : cereal, glass of milk and 4 toast with pb or margerine
meal 2 : Pasta with sauce, glass of milk
meal 3 : Chicken, glass of milk
meal 4 : Protein shake
Meal 5 : full pizza (around 1200cals)
Meal 6 : protein before bed
Also, I was snacking all day and eating ice cream and bunch of junk... I could not gain any weight... this was at 200lb. (started at 164lbs initially)
Now since my stretch marks around armpit area was getting pretty bad i decided to cut:
Meal 1: Cereal, glass of milk
Meal 2: protein shake+milk
meal 3 : 1/2 pizza OR chicken
Meal 4: protein shake+ 10 egg whites
A little bio on me: I hate most meats, I am very fussy, that's why there's so much milk in my diet. Also, telling me to eat veggies won't do much.. ill eat them for a week and stop. I also have a hard time eating big amounts of chicken I've found that making a sub (bread, chicken, cheese, sauce, meat) has helped consume around 80g protein within minutes.
Just looking for some advice, I'm currently 200lbs to 188lbs, and its been 6 weeks.
