Just interesting, I think. My strength seems to have gone up a bit since I lost damn near 25% of my body weight(damn near all of it being water and fat).
Today I was pushing 95 dumbells on the incline bench. This is a whole 10 pounds per arm better than I did while on cycle.
I didn't even do squats while on cycle(I know, I knowBut, now I just hit 245x6 today which is damn good compared to what I have done back when I did do them.
Am I just imagining shit, or is this possible?
I am still on a damn sever caloric deficit also running at ketosis carb levels at times. But, I feel damn good and strong most of the time.
