Hey all. Its been on my mind for quite sometime now, and just been thinking.
I cruise at around 200mg of test almost all year round, and imo i do not abuse my gear espically when i blast, never gone over a gram of gear in total if im using 2 or 3 compunds to.
I have been getting a phew words from friends that its time to start upping my dosages, and when i tell them my stats they believe i definitely need to.
Weight: 95kg
Height: 188cm
bodyfat: usually low but no more than 15% imo
Im not saying i have hit a wall in regards to my body, but when does one know that ok its time to start upping the doses?
