US Navy policy on steroid use

I'm trying to find out what the policy is on steroid use in the United States Navy. I'm 28 and I'm trying to get into the Navy Diver program but I know I will be competing with younger kids, and I am currently at the minimum PST scores. I'm thinking about going into the Navy ASAP because of my age, but I was thinking about doing a beginners cycle before I went I so that I can compete with he younger candidates.

Any help would be muh appreciated.

    Thanks.

have you any training in the gym?

doesnt' the Navy focus more on endurance than on strength?

    Doesn't steroids reduce cardio?

    Have you looked into GW501516?

It's a big risk to experiment with AAS especially if you would still test positive going into MEPS or basic training.

When I was enlisted they did not have AAS testing that occurred on a regular basis. The only tests they gave were basic drug/narcotic testings.

Now if they become suspicious and you make yourself obvious then they can request a test and have it done. It is a lot of money and something the military doesn't exactly want to go through to make happen for 1 individual, if you catch my drift.

Best bet would be to stay natural and work hard. At the very least finish your cycle well before you start your military training.

How would steroids make you a better diver? I don't get it.

Sounds like he wants to be a Navy Seal, since that is the only reason I would see someone wanting to get on Roids and go Navy? At least thats what I would think.

But active military guys are more lean and athletic, as opposed to huge and ripped, right? I would think that if you're doing a lot of running or swimming, you don't want extra bulk.

Endurance is what OP seeks. And combined w/a good diet and training, they will help.

Not all AAS works in the way you're thinking.

Not aimed at anyone who posted however Tbol on the contrary makes your endurance go up, not down. I feel like I could and often do run for miles and the stair master feels like a treadmill now.

    4-Chlorodehydromethyltestosterone (formulary name)

Germans developed this in the 1960's, many believe they took it durning the Olympics to enhance endurance and performance. Only later did the drug come to the steroid and bodybuilding community and used at its upper levels of dosing..for endurance athetes, I would not go above 20-40mg ED, higher than that and you will see muscular development that might outfavor your goals in swimming and endurance due to increases LBM and weight added to your skeletol structure.

I want to thank everyone for chiming in. I'm looking to score good on the PST. I wouldn't turn down an opportunity to become a SEAL if offered, but I would be satisfied being a Diver.

I do have gym experience. Need to work on my Olympic lifting and combat sidestroke. I have been working out. Calisthenics, running, swimming, some weight lifting, and Olympic Rings. I'm not worried about running. I can run 10 miles under an hour. I just need strength and speed so I can get my swim time down and do good on the calisthenics.

So I think I have to chose between GW501516 and Tbol. It seems like GW501516 is more of a cutting agent than anything, so wouldn't Tbol help me out more? And my guess is that it's more readily available. Right? Does GW501516 have a more commercial name?
