Started first cycle...HELP

I ****ed up big time..Im doing test-e 500 twice weekly and my head wasnt clear and did 1ml in one shot...damn im so scared..should i be worried,should I skip the thursday shot

Is your test dosed at 500 mg/ml? I have never seen it. Usually Test e is 250 mg/ml.

OMG thank you...I just checked the vial and yes 250mg/ml.I was thinking it was 1000mg/ml...I feel so dumb right now..I probably need get more test.thanks alot..
Also should I take the adex now..same day as test shots..either way if i take it eod it would fall on one of the test days at some point.im guessing it dont matter..

What are you stats and Cycle experience. Never start a cycle till you have everything you need including PCT meds. I don't use an AI unless sides arise but always have one on hand in case needed. Others may recomend one but i am one that thinks less meds to the mix are better unless you know they are needed.

Would you be able to tell if your hitting the muscles or fat when you put the needle in..I have not really felt any pain..and no spillage when extracting the needle..is that a good sign..I've gotten a 1 inch needle..

i use 1 inch pins. Most will recommend 1.5 but i am very lean and never needed a 1.5. Very important to make sure you aspirate on every inject.

I have all that pct meds and extra ones even,I just messed up on the test dosage,i thought I have more than enough for the 12 weeks,but I'm just 2 weeks short of it,will get more asap..

I made sure I've done enough research before doing it..I feel I have the basics and I am continuing on with the research..I'm just making sure that I did it right with the first shot,before moving on to the next shots..

I just got all confused with the test dosage.I knew I was suppose to be taking 1ml on the syringe,but for some reason I thought it was a quarter of that,I got it mixed up with the hcg dosaging ,because I have been reading a lot of it and figuring out the right pin measurements and such. ,but rest assured ,I will take more extra precaution this time.before pinning.thanks a lot guys...seriously..sorry for the scare..believe me I was too...
