I would get your bf% under 15% to lessen sides.

    I'm 5'9
Goal to bulk lean . I do a lot of high intensely training due to the fact that I'm involved in marathons and obstacle runs.

16.3% is pretty good with your stats. It would help to get down a bit, but you are planning to bulk. I assume you are going to cut after?

You can start using test now. Yes, estrogenic effects increase in probability when body fat is higher, but you're still well within a controllable range. I wouldn't, however, worry too much about adding a lot of extra mass right now. That requires excess calories even with steroids.

Sort of what I was thinking. The test itself should decrease BF pretty well. At 16%, I could see it reducing dramatically, especially if diet is dialed in.

16.3 isn't bad if you're running test. If you're running winny for example, you're wasting time.

Your results will be favorable if you cut first then bulk. Lots of information here on the benefits of cutting then bulking.

    Good luck.

Got the bf measured at the gym have worked out for 2 years. Got into running to lose weight dropped over 30 lb. This year by running. Not a great runner but built up resistence and endurance.

Looked up my calories online and it recommended 3100 a day just have to look up my macros to get my diet straight.
