Hello everybody!!
I was referred to here by MuscleInk and Lunk1 yesterday after asking a few questions about running a tren + test cycle. They told that at my age it is really not recommended and not even needed if i train well and eat proper. They suggested that I post my diet and get it reviewed.
So here I am guys, i would simply like to point out that i put this diet together with the most information I could find online. For my goals, which is to have a bit of size all staying lean and defined, I believe it is very good. However, i want critics and advice from professionals!
Meal 1: 4 egg whites + 1 whole egg with 2 slices of whole wheat bread with peanut butter and jam
Meal 2: chicken or fish with sweet potato and veggies
Meal 3: scoop of whey + slice of bread with peanut butter
Meal 4: chicken or fish with brown rice and veggies
Meal 5: pre-workout meal, 1 tuna can with 1 slice of whole wheat bread and veggies
Meal 6: post workout meal, 1 scoop of whey + banana and dattes
Meal 7: chicken or fish with sweet potato
Meal 8: before bed, a handful of unsalted almonds with a table spoon of peanut butter
And thats about it guys! Please critics, comments, anything whether positive or negative is greatly appreciated!!!
