As the testosterone wil still be present in your system, which can still aromatize, I would suggest running it all the way up to PCT

@ 500 per week it would only take about 5 days before your levels are quite a bit lower, if you do decide to go with it till PCT you better lower that dose for those 2 weeks considerably or you will kill your E2. Adex is very fast acting, almost instant.

this, i think, is the best way to go. half your usual dose for the 2wks up till pct.

im running .5mg of adex EOD durring weeks 3 through 12.....whats a considerably lower dose for the 10 days up to the pct

Agree with this. You could just stop the adex after a week instead of tapering down the dose. Just don't crash your E2.
