So i've finished my two week clen cycle and im 19 years old, i ran it like this.

Day1: 20mcg
Day2: 40mcg
Day3: 60mcg
Day4: 80mcg
Day5: 100mcg
Day6-Day10: 120mcg
Day11: 140mcg
Day12: 140mcg
Day13: 120mcg
Day14: 100mcg
I can see that my lower abs are showing some more and that my forearms got 10 times more shredded just on two weeks.
Sides: on day 11 i was at a party for 6-7 hours and i drank like no water (usualy drink around 4 litres) i felt cramps and it hurt as fuk, ran home to drink water as fuk and ate some bananas and shit.
otherwise it worked so good, i will be doing oxyelite now on my two weeks off and then i will start with clen for 2 more weeks.
