My first IM injection Few Q's

I took my first IM injection before and had a few questions for you guys.

1. Did a little bit of oil come out when you pulled the pin out.

2. My doc said go in the glute, i found it hard to aspirate, had to have my wife do it. (to far to get two hands on it)

3. Does test cyp have to go in the fridge with the HCG? It just says to keep in a cool, dry place out of the light.

4. I plan on 250IU of HCG 3 times a week EOD starting yesterday. I have to work all day tomorrow and shouldnt bring it with me. Does it have to be taken at the same time everyday? I suppose i can freeze it and bring it with me if i had to. I rarely ever pull 24 hours at work these days but for the next two weeks my schedule is all F'ed up.

Some men excrete a bit. Leave the needle in for 30 seconds after you inject and when you pull the needle out put pressure on the injection site right away.


2. My doc said go in the glute, i found it hard to aspirate, had to have my wife do it. (to far to get two hands on it)
There are a number places to inject. I find glues the easiest to be honest. It was your first shot and you will get a hang of it soon.

3. Does test cyp have to go in the fridge with the HCG? It just says to keep in a cool, dry place out of the light.
No, test does not belong in the fridge.

No it doesn't have to be taken at the same time and if you miss a day it's not big deal.

For me I use 22gauge 1 1/2 needle. I sink my pin all the way in. Never had the oil come out. Take your time. As far as I know, your Cyp does not \have to be refrigerated. I also take HCG. Day prior to Test shot. 2x a week for me. I also take anosatrozole 2x a week-day after my shot. There are quite a bunch of good guys here with great info. Good luck....

1. oil coming out is normal once in a while, but if it happens too many times then you're doing something wrong.
2. you can aspirate with one hand, if that’s hard for you then shoot in the quads or shoulders.
3. no, do not refrigerate test, just keep it in a drawer at room temperature.
4. you can get one of the cold packs pouch and put your meds there! you can get it from any diabetic suppliers.

I have the same pins, ill try leaving it in for a few seconds after. I sunk it all the way in too. I also take Liquidex day after my shot. Good Luck to us.

This is an incorrect statement.

250 iu 3 times a week for most men is ideal.

Dr. Crisler has men on 700 iu's a week!

I know some anti aging Doc's who go to 500 iu's two and one day before Test injection...a bit much for me but it's out there and men do well on it.
