What's up fellas, so I'm doing the toughmudder in Nov. I've decided to run test e 500 wk & eq 400 wk but maybe adding some deca at like 200 a week. Is the deca a bad idea? I'm a runner and will eat clean but I want full abs by Nov and I don't want to loose my vascularity. Will the deca hurt me? 34yo , 191 lbs, 5.8 ht , . I was thinking off adding var towards the end of the cycle. You thoughts?
