    Pre-workout

Anyone have any suggestions for a good pre-workout supplement or combination of supplements that have very little/no caffeine? I've been taking White Flood by Controlled Labs and am fairly satisfied with it but I'm trying to cut down my caffiene intake. I work a lot of nights so I get enough caffiene through other sources in order to make it through my shifts. I'd like to try to cut down on my caffiene intake in order to avoid developing too high a tolerance to it. Any suggestions will be appreciated, Thanks!

I've used Jacked micro, that wasn't too bad and doesnt have much caffeine. I'm a bit of a stim junkie though, so I had to go with something else.

Ditch the preworkouts in my opinion. Your body will love you for it. The tingling sensation, which most people enjoy, is cause by the beta alanine in preworkouts. I usually just buy beta alanine powder and have it plus BCAA powder before a workout to help prevent muscle fatigue and keep pumping essential amino's into your muscles. A lot of people use preworkouts and swear by them. But it just depends on what you want.

Thanks! I don't really like the tingling, jittery sensation, I'm just looking for something to help give me some more endurance. Any suggestions on a good BCAA powder?

Optimum has a good, cheap BCAA powder which is pure as well. All their products are trustworthy. Or if you are just looking for more endurance, why not buy something that aims to do that like Xtend or Purple Wraath? Their purpose is to give you more endurance to help with longer workouts.

Most that I know have caffeine as the base. I myself have a strong 16 oz cup of coffee on my way to the gym but no more for the day.

Thanks for the suggestions. I tried Purple Wraath about a year ago and I think I might go back to that. Never tried Xtend or Optimum's BCAA but I'll prob take a look at them too.

Lemon juice and water, then slap yourself in the face. I get in loud arguments with people on the street before I walk in the gym, really gets me pumped.

Same. IMO pre workouts are a waste. Buy some creatine with the extra money. Pre workouts, At least for me I get hooked on then to easily, can't feel their effects after like 2 Weeks.
