Late frontload

I Have a friend who is one week into a test e cycle and is considering front loading the next two inkections. Is it useful after a week has already passed?

Yes. You don't have to frontload the next two at that stage though. The third injection should be 500mg and that should set him straight, assuming he is doing 500mg/week.
