How many of you use Jacked 3D prior to your workout? I was kind of hesitant to start but the gym owner swears by it, and half the gym uses it.

So I broke down and tried it. I have had amazing work outs using it. But it seems that my tolerance for it continues to go up if I don't take a fees days off of it.

Putting in 30-45 mins of cardio on days that I lift and 60-90 in on my off days. I'm trying to get down 25lbs before I run my next set of gear. I have been slouching over the past two years.

Would clen help ? I ran it years about 10 years ago and ha good luck. What do you guys think ?
