(Sharing my first time experience for other first time users)
1. Last night, I felt elevated blood pressure. Hard heart beat laying down in bed. Nothing too bad.
2. Unusually warm, been keeping the temp. in the car at 70. Before I was comfortable at 79-80.
3. Overall elevated energy levels.
4. Able to do many more sets during training.
5. Body weight has increased about 18 pounds. Water weight yes, but also some visible changes in musculature.
6. Hungrier. Last night I ate 4 chicken breasts for dinner with a cup of rice. 4 hours later I got up to eat because I was hungry then went back to bed. When I got up in the morning I was hungry again.
7. Boners, yes.
8. Negative side effects: None so far.
